AUTOTHERM® T-2500
No-Idle Cab Heating System
Two versions of the System are offered. Each version is automatic on with ignition off, heats the same in a given set of circumstances, provides warm weather AutoVentŪ and Controlled Engine Cool Down, turns off automatically when the coolant drops to 95°F and has low voltage sensing with automatic shut down. The differences are in auxiliary functions. That can be retrofitted to each version.

T-2500S Standard
The T-2500S (Standard) provides heating and automatic termination, warm weather AutoVentŪ and Controlled Engine Cool Down plus low voltage monitoring 24/7, low voltage signaling and System termination. Hour meter, A/C cutoff, Accessory Harness and C.O.E harness can be added with an extra charge for those options.
T-2500D Deluxe
The T-2500D (Deluxe) offers everything; cab heating, AutoVentŪ, automatic termination, battery voltage sensing and low voltage signaling 24/7, hour meter for fleet administration of no-idling and fuel conservation programs, and the ability to operate low power draw accessories when the ignition is off and ONLY while the AutothermŪ System is functioning. When the System terminates operation due to the coolant dropping below 95°F or manual termination at the on/off switch all accessory functions are also turned off. The A/C cutoff and the C.O.E harness can be added with an extra charge for those options.
Retrofit Kits
A/C Cutoff (2/3E142T) - This kit disconnects the A/C clutch in vehicles (Ford, Sterling, etc.) where the A/C is automatically actuated when the mode selector is moved to any position other than heat, i.e. defrost.
Hour Meter/Harness (3E139T) - This kit provides "hours used" information for no-idle management.
Accessory Power Harness (2/3E146T) - This kit allows you to run a low power draw accessory while the ignition is Off and AutothermŪ is functioning.
C.O.E Harness (1E033) - This kit provides an extended harness for use in interconnecting the System when the vehicle has a Cab Over Engine design feature.
